Terms and Conditions
Services Provided:
Coaching sessions are tailored to support your career development goals. Each session lasts for the agreed duration as per the package or program selected.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must attend sessions as scheduled, actively engage in discussions, and follow through on agreed action plans.
Clients must adhere to the policies regarding session cancellations and rescheduling.
Confidentiality:
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Client stories or testimonials may be shared for educational or promotional purposes. However, no identifying details (such as names, roles, companies, or other specific personal information) will be disclosed without explicit client consent.

Refund Policy
No Refunds:
All payments made toward coaching packages or individual sessions are non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances, including unused sessions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling by Clients:
Clients are allowed to reschedule up to 2 sessions during the program.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Missed sessions beyond the 2 rescheduling allowances will be forfeited.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling by the Coach:
If the coach needs to reschedule, the client will be notified promptly, and an alternative session will be arranged.
Program Expiry:
All sessions must be completed within the program duration. Extensions will not be provided for unused sessions.
